A vast portion of work is the dedicated to the recent judgement which have evolved new dimension in the appointments of judges of Supreme Court and High Court and analysis of the Act 2014 and its criticism. en_US

For that, it is necessary that Judiciary must be Independence and there should no interference by executive and legislature in the field of judiciary. en_US
