Abstract:

The prison reforms, which is also known as reformation of prisoners, has emerged as an emerging context in relation to the life of an offender. Prisons in India make for a massive social organization. Part and parcel of the larger criminal justice system, they make an invaluable contribution.

Description:

The violations on the rights of the prisoners in jails are against the fundamental rights guaranteed to individuals by virtue of their being human. Therefore, the infringement of their rights violates many significant rights guaranteed under the International level.
