This research project has a broad and diverse focus on environmental sustainability
and climate justice in the Indian context, with a particular emphasis on Corporate
Social Responsibility (CSR). The goal of the study is to thoroughly examine the
theoretical stances, historical synopsis, and legal and regulatory frameworks
pertaining to corporate social responsibility (CSR), with a focus on the Companies
Act of 2013 and its corresponding CSR regulations. The analysis also looks at
government programs and laws that support corporate social responsibility (CSR),
emphasizing the larger legal framework and how it affects business practices. |
