dc.description	The primary scope of the present study undertaken by the researcher is in understanding the role of Geographical Indication Law in protecting Traditional Knowledge, while focusing on the firecracker industry of Barpeta. The study primarily focuses on the different aspects of the Geographical Indications Law in India, as well as its role and impact in protecting Traditional Knowledge. Additionally, the scope of the research also includes the issues, challenges and environmental concerns with relation to the protection of the firecracker industry of Barpeta. The scope of the present study is limited to the study of only the role of Geographical Indication Law in the protection of Traditional Knowledge and does not include any other aspect or part of Intellectual Property Laws or any other Laws.	en_US
