dc.description The study focuses on the complex relationship between right to development and climate justice, which is approached through the lens of human rights. The scope of the study includes conceptual understanding of the right to development, climate change implications, and the demand for climate justice, wherein these concepts are analyzed as human rights challenges leading to sufferings and human rights violations of marginalized communities. Furthermore, it examines the international legal frameworks along with the initiatives taken through international cooperation to address the issues posed by right to development and climate change implications. In addition to exploring the concepts of participatory approach, just transition and climate action. en_US
