The research looks into the changing stance of Indian judiciary with respect of women’s reproductive rights. The study focuses on the landmark judgments pronounced by the judiciary, what legal principles guide their decisions, and how their rulings have impacted the landscape for reproductive freedom and its approach on the new emerging technologies in the landscape of reproductive rights. The research will center on landmark cases and national-level legislations concerning the women’s reproductive rights. The research conducted is doctrinal in nature.
