To elaborate, this dissertation aims at exploring how the IPR recognized in copyright, patents, trademarks and trade secrets laws interact with Generative AI’s outputs. These are the written, recorded case scenarios and specialists’ recommendations for legal amendments to address the issues that arise within the given legal framework in connection with the specific use of such technologies. Nevertheless, some inherent limitations can be identified with this study as with many a like undertaking. These are; The legal structures vary across the globe, progression in AI technology may thwart be fast than the findings made, often it’s hard to access data for deeper analysis, and the issues concerning ethicality and economics are often categorized as qualitative nature.
